diyaudiocart.com offers a 5 days returns guarantee, which means that you can return back the items to us with in 5 days of receipt of the items.
This subjects to following conditions:
- The number of days to raise a return request is calculated from the delivery date.
- All return request has to be raised from our website “My account” >> Order No.XXXX >> Return icon near the respective product
- The returns are accepted for following reasons only.
- The Product has significant physical damages during the receipt – Videos & Pictures required with date
- The Product is not working during the receipt – Pictures with video required with date
- Partial Damage, where only a damaged part need to be returned – Pictures required with date
- The returns are accepted only if the unused and packed in the original manufacturer packing as received.
- Damages and issues happened after the usage due to improper usage or intentional damages caused by the buyer will not be accepted.
- Accessories and consumables which has been used and which has common wear and tear are not accepted under return guarantee.
- Returned items will be verified by diyaudiocart service team and Manufacturer service centers to confirm the problem.
- Buyers need to pay the return shipping charges and they need to ship the goods on their own.
- Buyer can opt for replacement or refund according to their wish. If no choice provided, diyaudiocart will take the choice after analysing the situation.
- Refunds are done by the way of store credit for faster processing by default.
- But if the refund is requested in the customer account, additional processing time of 2-5 working days applicable apart from bank process time.
- Shipping charges if any are non refundable.
- Proceeding time of 2-5 working days applicable for all returns apart from the transit time to and from diyaudiocart.
- Returns or Claims raised after 5 days of receipt will not be covered under return policy. But the warranty policy of the manufacturer will be covered if applicable.
- This policy covered for purchases happened with in India. Buyers from other countries please refer our exports policy or contact customer care for procedures.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more
